Can I use my Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse gift card at Rack Room Shoes?
Yes. All Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse gift cards can be used at Rack Room Shoes both in store and online.
I placed my order through offbroadwayshoes.com, but my shoes arrived in Rack Room Shoes packaging. Why?
We are Two Brands, One Family. Your order may be fulfilled from Rack Room Shoes or Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse, depending on item availability.
Will I be able to return or exchange merchandise between both stores?
Yes. In store returns or exchanges are accepted at both stores. For more information visit our Shipping/Returns page.

What does this mean for my Rewards account?
Your Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse Rewards account will convert to a Rack Room Shoes Rewards account. If you don’t have a Rack Room Shoes Rewards account, we’ll create one for you and migrate your Rewards.
What happens if I already have a Rewards account at both brands?
If you already have an Off Broadway Shoes Rewards and Rack Room Shoes Rewards account, we will combine the 2 accounts into 1 Rack Room Shoes Rewards account if both accounts share the same name, email and phone number.
How do I log in to my new Rack Room Rewards Account?
If your Off Broadway Rewards account was registered online, you'll be able to log in with the same credentials.
Will my Rewards points change when the brands are combined?
If you have an Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse account, your Rewards points will be converted into your Rack Room Shoes account. 10 points in Off Broadway Rewards is equal to 1 point in the Rack Room Shoes program. Once you earn 200 Rewards Points, you’ll receive a $15 Reward.
Am I losing points when my Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse Rewards account converts to a Rack Room Shoes Rewards account?
No. The points system is being simplified. Previously, with your Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse Rewards account, $1 = 10 points, and 2000 Points = $15 Reward. At Rack Room Shoes, $1 = 1 point. It only takes 200 Rewards Points to earn a $15 Reward with Rack Room Shoes Rewards.
Will I see my transactions combined under a single account?
Yes. Your Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse account transactions will be available in your Rack Room Shoes Rewards account.
Will my account transaction history be available?
Yes. You will be able to look up the past 2 years of transactions
Will my Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse reward certificates be migrated to Rack Room Shoes
Yes. Your existing Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse Reward certificates will be added and available in your Rack Room Shoes Rewards account.
When was my OB Rewards account converted to a Rack Room Shoes Rewards account?
The account migration process was completed January 14, 2021.
I thought I had an account. What should I do?
You can go to www.rackroomshoes.com/login and enter your phone or email to log in or reset your password. You may also contact our Customer Care team to assist with locating your account.
Will my saved online payment information remain or need to be updated?
If you have a Rack Room Shoes account, your online payment information will remain, and you can still add another payment method or update an existing one online. For security purposes, you will need to re-enter any saved payments from your Off Broadway Shoes account.
